The facilities consist of a half mile of lakefront, a beach and swimming area, a full commercial kitchen with dining hall, and sleeping accomodations for up to 172 campers. The camp is rented to local church groups, schools, service groups, scouting groups and other organizations for camps lasting weekends to weeks during the summer camping season. All camper programming, leadership, and food is provided by the renting organization. The day-to-day operation of the camp, including a camp director, waterfront director, and the coordination of rental groups is managed by the Greater Midland Community Center with financial support from UWMC. 20772 Disaster Relief - UMWC serves as the community services coordinator during local emergencies as a sitting member of the Midland County Emergency Operations Center.
