Specific adjustments identified during the cleanup include: 1 reclassification of intercompany transactions between the organization and its wholly owned disregarded entity Wisdom Workforce Development LLC EIN 36-4797032 including wage subsidy payments previously recorded as loans or accounts payable; 2 correction of accounts payable balances that were carried in error from prior periods; 3 reclassification of internal fund transfers that had been incorrectly categorized; and 4 adjustments to properly reflect the organizations fixed asset basis and accumulated depreciation. The net effect of these corrections combined with the difference between the prior preparers adjusted figures and the QuickBooks general ledger results in this $100,029 adjustment to reconcile the beginning and ending net asset balances for the 2024 tax year.
