The Organization acted solely in a custodial capacity with respect to these funds. The funds were deposited into a money market account and recorded as a liability on the Organizations statement of financial position as the Organization did not have variance power or discretionary control over the use of the funds. The funds were not recognized as contribution revenue as the Organization was not the beneficiary of the transfer. The full amount was subsequently disbursed to the intended recipient organization in accordance with the terms of the arrangement in March 2026. Part VI, Section B, Line 11b The form 990 is reviewed and approved by the board of directors. Part VI, Section B, Line 12c The organization mandates annual conflict of interest disclosures for board members and key personnel. Conflicts are reviewed by the board or a designated committee. If conflicts arise individuals must abstain from discussions and voting. Transactions are approved only if deemed beneficial to the organization. Periodic reviews are conducted to uncover undisclosed conflicts.
