        <FormAndLineReferenceDesc>Schedule M, Part I, Line 19</FormAndLineReferenceDesc>
<ExplanationTxt>The number "113" in column B is the number of food collections that we held during the fiscal year. We collect items for the food pantry once a week from the Church of the Resurrection and/or the Church of the Resurrection School. We collect once a month from St. Paul's Church. The Knights of Columbus at Church of the Resurrection held a food drive one time during the fiscal year. Our Fresh Food program is held once per week on Saturdays. We began in November 2024 and hence had 48 collections of fresh food from donors. Our total number of collections was: 52+12+1+48 or 113. The food inventory in column "C" on line 19 is a combination of groceries donated to our food pantry and fresh food donated on Saturdays for distribution. The amount of fresh food for this fiscal year was based on fair market value and totaled $29021. At the end of each fiscal year, the remaining food pantry stock is inventoried and the total value is based on the market value of each item. The food pantry inventory was valued at $8740 and $5009 at the beginning and end of FY2024-2025, respectively. The value of food disbursed from the pantry is based on the number of bags of food disbursed. Analysis was conducted and set the monetary value of a bag of food at $38 for the fiscal year 2024-2025. Recipients select which items that they want in the pantry; SVDP volunteers then pack the bags. The number of bags given to the recipient is recorded with the corresponding dollar value ($38 x (number of bags)). We disbursed 3585 bags of food at a value of $136230. The dollar value of the amount of food donated to the food pantry in a given fiscal year is obtained by the following equation: Value of Pantry stock at end of previous fiscal year (carry over to this year): Let X1 denote the cash value of pantry stock at the beginning of this FY. Let X2 denote the cash value of food distributed this FY. Let X3 denote the cash value of the pantry stock at the end of this FY. Let X4 denote the cash value of the food donated to the pantry this FY. Then, X1 + X4 - X2 = X3 so X4 = X2 - X1 + X3. We have the following: X1 = $8740; X2 = $136230 (3585 bags @ $38/bag); X3 = $5009. Thus, X4 = $136230-$8740+$5009=$132499, the dollar value of food donated during FY2024-2025.</ExplanationTxt>
