Committee meeting documentation Part VI line 8b PTA officers take and share minutes of the PTAs monthly meetings, including the results of motions/votes and significant decisions impacting the organizations. Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11 The PTAs 990 is reviewed by the Treasurer and signed by the President prior to filing. All other officers are notified of the 990 filing and it is uploaded to the Virginia PTA website. All officers and the Virginia PTA officials can view the filed and accepted Form 990. Governing documents etc available to public Part VI line 19 The PTAs governing documents, financial review and Form 990 are posted and available for review at the Virginia PTA website. They are also available upon request.
