Each member shall have no vote in local meetings or at the annual meeting. Each member has the right to participate in all local activities. Pt VI, Line 7a The Association is divided into five strategic/geographic areas or counties. Each countys membership elects representatives to committees, which, in turn, elects representatives to serve on councils for their particular area. The councils elect representatives to the Board of Directors and the Board will, from its members, select the officers of the Association. Pt VI, Line 11b The 990 is prepared by the Outsourced Accountants and provided to the General Coordinator for review.
