Accordingly these costs are reported as fundraising expenses rather than as professional fundraising services requiring disclosure on Schedule G. Part I Line 6 | Explanation:| Although the Organization benefits from significant volunteer support it did not maintain a comprehensive system for tracking all volunteer hours during 2025. As a result total volunteer service provided during the year is understated for reporting purposes. Based solely on the estimated annual volunteer service of the Board of Directors approximately 260 hours and using the Independent Sectors 2025 estimated national value of volunteer time of 36.15 per hour those services represent an estimated community contribution of approximately 9,399. The Organization recognizes the importance of measuring volunteer engagement and the value of donated time. Beginning in 2026 Project Outpour will implement enhanced procedures and tracking systems to more accurately document volunteer hours across all programs and activities. This information will support improved organizational reporting grant applications community impact measurement and strategic planning.
