We support churches and organizations in our network through five initiatives with convening, training, toolkits, consultants, grants, supplies, and volunteers to build stronger programs within the community. Part III - Additional Information Line 4A and 4B - 2025 was the eighteenth year of operation. During the year the following two programs were fully operational 1) Network Development and Outreach and 2) Community Impact areas. Network Development and Outreach consisted of 163 churches and organizations in 2025. Of those 163 churches and organizations, 144 programs participated in our Community Initiatives offerings. 630 volunteers served with Urban Alliance for various projects and outreach events for a total of 3,520 hours. Urban Alliance partnered with churches and organizations around identified needs in the community impact initiatives including food insecurity, health disparities (mental and physical), education inequity and returning citizens, research and the healthy development of children, youth, and their families. In 2025 we provided support to community programs serving over 335,000 people. Urban Alliance convened and trained 1440 program leaders, provided 60 toolkits of printed resource materials to programs on mental health topics and coaching, plus youth and care ministry curriculums for programs. In 2025, 20,000 resource bags were distributed to the residences in the City of Hartford, which included farmers market coupons providing $7,162 in fresh produce. In partnership with our network, we held 20 food distribution events in Hartford distributing over $536,000 in food to over 6,250 families. Our in-kind donation of the distribution center and subsequent takeover of the full operations from our World Vision, allowed the distribution of over $6.661 million dollars in supplies to our network organizations plus 1,212 teachers from 55 title 1 schools serving over 30,000 students.
