The Mutual Aid Sharing Plan's Board of Directors took action to accept Mosaic Mennonite Conference's removal. The Mutual Aid Sharing Plan operational agreement was updated accordingly. Ten Thousand Villages, EIN 31-1690588, was removed as a supporting organization on August 31, 2025. The reason for removal was due to Ten Thousand Villages's decision to discontinue providing a self-funded health plan benefit for its employees through the sharing mechanism provided by the Mutual Aid Sharing Plan. The Mutual Aid Sharing Plan's Board of Directors took action to accept Ten Thousand Village's removal. The Mutual Aid Sharing Plan operational agreement was updated accordingly. Iowa Mennonite Crowded Closet, EIN 42-1205017, was added as a supporting organization on April 1, 2025. The reason for its addition was due to Iowa Mennonite Crowded Closet's desire to provide for its employees' health benefits through the sharing mechanism provided by the Mutual Aid Sharing Plan. The Mutual Aid Sharing Plan Board of Directors took action to approve the addition of Iowa Mennonite Crowded Closet. The Mutual Aid Sharing Plan operational agreement was updated accordingly.
