Organizations providing services to women and girls and other vulnerable populations across Puerto Rico. Grantmaking efforts were implemented throughout the archipelago including the island municipalities with attention to broad geographic distribution. Support included unrestricted and operational funding as well as capacity-building and technical assistance designed to strengthen organizational effectiveness and sustainability. The Foundation also continued to enhance its internal systems and controls with particular emphasis during this period on financial management and transparency. All Board members staff and contractors are required to sign the conflict of interest policy annually and disclose any potential conflicts with other organizations or individuals.
