The Organization also experienced negative operating cash flows and liquidity pressures during the year, including delays in completing residential units at its 1649 Amsterdam Avenue property due to financing constraints.Management is pursuing additional financing opportunities, including New Market Tax Credit funding, and expects continued support from NYRx transition funding, grant renewals, and operational improvement initiatives.
