The recipients undergo an application process and are selected by an Evaluation Committee. Scholarship recipients are able to use the funds directly for education or for any purpose that helps defray costs so they can use personal funds for their education. Externship participants are able to use the stipends to defray the costs for participating in the externship or for any other purposes.
