The first is the Lunney Endowment. It was created via a bequest to St. Joseph's Children's and Maternity Hospital and is used for the needs of the residents of St. Joseph's Center. The second is the Weinberg Endowment and assists with the maintenance and upkeep of the St. Joseph's Center Pool Therapy building. The third is the Foundation Endowment created as a result of an endowment campaign conducted by St. Joseph's Center Foundation in 2000 in which proceeds from this campaign are to be permanently invested for the benefits of St. Joseph's Center. Schedule D, Part X, Line 2 The Foundation is a publicly supported organization as described in Section 509(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code and, therefore, is exempt from federal income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Foundation accounts for uncertainty in income taxes using a recognition threshold of more-likely-than-not to be sustained upon examination by the appropriate taxing authority. Measurement of the tax uncertainty occurs if the recognition threshold is met. Management determined there were no tax uncertainties that met the recognition threshold in 2025 and 2024. St. Joseph's Center does business with Audacy for advertising and marketing in-kind donations and paid contracts. Ryan's employment pre-dates his Board membership.
