Part III Line 3 In May 2025, the organization completed its rebrand to mBOLDen Change. The new name and visual identity system reflect an evolution in mission and strategy that had been underway for several years: a shift from in-kind distributions of shoes, clothing, and other emergency supplies to children and families toward a holistic, systems-focused model that funds, incubates, and advances community-driven solutions that address economic insecurity and inequity. Part VI Line 11b The Board of Directors is provided a copy of the tax returns and is given time to review and request any edits or ask any related questions before finalizing and submitting to the various state and federal entities. Part VI Line 12c Directors sign a conflict of interest policy statement on an annual basis. Should a conflict be disclosed by a board member, the directors review the information and make a determination whether to approve or disapprove the potential conflict of interest. When the Board members vote on the disclosed conflict, the board member who disclosed the potential conflict abstains from the vote, and is not present during the voting process.
