The Committee submits its recommendations to the Board of Directors for approval and implementation. The last executive review was done in 2025. Form 990, Part XI, Line 9 The beginning balance of the net assets as of 7/1/24 were adjusted by the recognition of additional depreciation on the main office building as 86-226 Farrington Highway. Depreciation expenses in the prior years were understated as the basis of computing the same was not on the term of the lease on the land where the building is situated. The lease term was shorter than the expected useful life of the building. The lease agreement provided that the ownership interest on the building shall transfer to the lessor at the expiration of the lease term.
