As a result, the organization terminated its relationship with the prior firm. This caused the organization to scramble to find another preparer to catch up not one but two filings, during the busiest season for tax preparers. This took a few months. We make compliance a top priority as we have a large payroll and make sure the payroll taxes and all the related payroll tax returns are paid timely and filed timely, respectively. For this fiscal year, our payroll tax liabilities amounted to $177,156.78, which we promptly paid in full.
