No group or class of persons is required to join the Alliance as a member. Article II of the Alliances Bylaws, enclosed, describe more fully the voting rights and privileges for each of the Alliances three class of membership. General Membership is open to privately held or public businesses, philanthropies, professional services firms, research and/or educational institutions, or family offices who support the objectives of and are committed to furthering the purposes of the Alliance, and who pay the required annual dues as set by the Board from time to time.
