Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b The Year End July31, 2024 MSHSL Foundation Form 990 and all required schedules were reviewed by the Foundation Executive Director, Director of Finance, and Board of Directors prior to filing the form with the IRS. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c All members of the Board of Directors, Executive Director and Director of Finance must complete a disclosure form identifying any relationships, positions, or circumstances that the responsible person is involved in that he or she believes could contribute to a conflict of interest. Any such information regarding potential conflict of interest shall be made available to the Board President and Executive Director. The conflict-of-interest policy shall be reviewed annually by each member of the Board of Directors. Changes to the policy shall be communicated immediately to all members of the Board of Directors, Executive Director and Director of Finance. Members shall sign the conflict-of-interest policy at a Board of Directors meeting. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 The Director of Finance and the Board of Directors negotiated a compensation package for the Director of Finance Position. The total compensation for the year-end July 31, 2024 is $3,600.
