Enrollment varies between 65 and 75 students.NEWSTART is the third program offered by the Weimar Institute. This is an 18 day live-in program to restore health using sound vegetarian nutrition, exercise, water sunlight, temperance, air and rest. Participants are treated and instructed by medical doctors and learn to improve their nutrition with vegetarian cooking classes.They are also encouraged to develop health exercise routines so when they leave the Institute they can maintain the healthy lifestyle when they return home.
