Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 The Executive Director's compensation package (salary and benefits) are to be approved and processed through the Board of Directors' Personnel Committee. An annual performance job evaluation against job expectations is performed by the Board's Personnel Committee. The review process also includes a comparative review of salaries and benefits of other agencies with similar size, budget, operations and program services. The Committee submits its recommendations to the Board of Directors for approval and implementation. The last executive review was done in 2024. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 The Agency's governing documents, conflict of interest policy, financial statements and other public documents are made available to the public upon request. Form 990, Part XI, Line 9 A correction of the accumulated depreciation and corresponding expense was made to recognize the understatement of prior year's computed depreciation expense on a building which stands on a leased land. This correction was made in FY23 as a direct reduction from the unrestricted fund balance and an addition to the accumulated depreciation of the affected building. The net book value shown in the books was adjusted to the undepreciated balance based on the remaining life of the lease.
