Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3 The Organization provides for its management under an agreement with CDI. Under the agreement, CDI manages the administrative and related affairs of the Organization at the direction of the Organization's Board of Directors. The Organization's Executive Director, Tate Godfrey, is compensated by CDI. His reportable compensation and non-taxable benefits were $218,604 and $4,507, respectively, for 2024.
