We began our donation work in December and, in just the final month of the year, provided a total of $42,994.88 in support across two key initiatives. Through our partnership with The Sharing Place, we brought gifts and essentials to 10 families during the holiday season. We also donated toys and supplies to Lehi Children's Primary and Salt Lake City Children's Primary hospitals. The goal was to give as much as we could during a special time of year to help make children's hospital stays more comfortable. 1 0 We partnered with The Sharing Place to help make the holiday season less stressful for ten families in December of 2024 who had recently lost a loved one. We worked with each family individually to identify needs for their children and household that would make the holiday season brighter, less stressful, and bring joy. 10 0 27597 Retail price Toys and other holiday gifts for children Schedule I, Part I, Line 2 Support is provided, in the form of goods, to hospitals whose mission is to provide healthcare services to children. The nature of the goods provided included toys and children's activity supplies. Other than ensuring the items are received by the hospitals, no additional monitoring is performed because the nature of the donated items is limited in use. Similar support was also provided, in collaboration with The Sharing Place, to families who had recently lost a loved one. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8a One Board meeting was held in 2024, which was informal. Minutes were not taken due to the informal nature of the meeting.
