We complete a thorough intake process to assess each individuals practical needs and confirm their pre-scheduled clinic appointments. We then coordinate flights book hotels find language interpreters and or provide direct financial support to clients to help subsidize their gas childcare expenses or meals. We vet each client and track every service we provide to individuals as well as maintain thorough financial records. Part VI, Line 11a The executive director processes a draft copy of Form 990 for the tax year and shares it with the Board of Directors to review before the filing deadline. Part VI, Line 12c In connection with any actual or possible conflict of interest an interested person must disclose the existence of financial political interest and be given the opportunity to disclose all material facts to the board and directors about the proposed transaction or arrangement. After disclosure of the financial political interest and all material facts and after any discussion with the interested person the member interested person shall leave the governing board or committee meeting while the determination of a conflict of interest is discussed and voted upon. If the governing board or committee has reasonable cause to believe a board member interested person has failed to disclose actual or possible conflicts of interest the governing board shall inform the board member interested person of the basis for such belief and give the member an opportunity to explain the alleged failure to disclose before pursuing disciplinary or corrective actions if necessary.
