The volunteers of Weish4Ever are the lifeblood of the organization. Aside from helping run the fundraising events throughout the year and helping raise money to ensure the mission of Weish4Ever continues, the volunteers most importantly develop relationships with the beneficiaries. Each beneficiary is paired with one of the Weish4Ever volunteers when they are selected to be a beneficiary. The volunteers develop relationships with the beneficiaries and their families and often become great friends. It is more than just providing financial relief for beneficiaries and that is what the Weish4Ever volunteers do. The organization had a goal of making yearly year-end deposits. Once the fund grew in enough size, the yearly earnings could be withdrawn from the fund to cover all general and administrative expenses that WEISH4EVER incurs. As of 12/31/2024, WEISH4EVER has not made a withdrawal from the endowment fund. WEISH4EVER expects to make its first withdrawal in the next 24 months depending on market conditions. Additionally, in the future the endowment will be used to provide beneficiaries with grants as well.
