Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a Governing body officers are elected by majority vote of regular members at our annual meeting. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b Per by-laws, all business and property of the organization are managed by the governing board elected by the membership. The following exceptions require vote of the membership: (a) amendment of the certification of incorporation by-laws; (b) The sale of real property (c) The borrowing of money above 75% of the average revenue of the previous three years, with the understanding that any loan be restricted to purchase of real property or capital equipment.
