The compensation reported on Form 990, Part VII and Schedule J, Part II reflects her compensation for calendar year 2023 while in her prior position as Sr. Director of Finance/Controller. Ms. Bruno is considered an officer of both Southern Vermont Health Service Corp., and Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, a related organization. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6 The membership of the corporation shall consist of not more than one hundred and fifty (150) members. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a The Board of Directors shall consist of eleven (11) persons who are members, honorary members or Emeritus members of the Corporation, plus the President ex officio but without power to vote.
