In FY2024, VisionSynergy supported the launch of 87 new networks, including 73 through our Synergy Catalyst Program (SCP). SCP continues to equip catalytic leaders with the values, skills, and coaching needed to develop collaborative networks among unreached peoples and places. We've added a Translation Coordinator to our team, completed the Arabic translation of SCP, and are currently working on translations in five additional languages. Additionally, we welcomed seven new Associates in South Asia and expanded into West Africa, hosting Regional Summits in Ghana, Nigeria, and Togo. These Summits brought together 162 leaders from 115 churches and ministries, laying the foundation for new networks focused on 379 unreached people groups. In FY2024, VisionSynergy trained 3,569 leaders and coached 261 network leaders across South Asia, East Asia, the Middle East, and North and West Africa. In South Asia, over 40 new networks were launched through collaborative training efforts focused on unreached people groups. In Egypt, we delivered SCP entirely in Arabic, and supported the launch of additional networks through locally led workshops. We also launched a new Training of Trainers initiative to equip SCP graduates to replicate our training in their own languages and cultural contexts - accelerating the reach and impact of our programs. 164288 Advocating for Collaboration: We advocate for increased collaboration in the Christian mission movement through speaking engagements and publications that inform and inspire. In FY2024, VisionSynergy played a key role at the Fourth Lausanne Congress in Seoul, Korea, helping shape the Congress's focus on collaboration. In the lead-up to the event, we hosted a webinar series that trained over 900 participants in the foundations and practice of collaborative leadership. During the Congress, we co-designed and facilitated afternoon sessions that engaged more than 4,000 leaders in collaborative problem-solving around global mission gaps.
