(GCSI) (D/B/A Hospice of Warren County) delivers medically directed comprehensive care to persons experiencing life-limiting illnesses, including palliative care services. In addition, GCSI provides community education and outreach on issues related to dying, death, grief, and loss.Our services are provided by physicians, nurses, social workers, pastoral and other counselors, specialized therapists, and volunteers. Accordingly, no provision for income taxes has been made. Tax returns for the year ended June 30, 2021 and thereafter remain subject to examinations by federal and state tax authorities. The Form 990 is then provided to the board of directors for review before it is filed.
