No monitoring as to the use of these funds was done. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 The organization has two types of membership: Individuals and Family. Membership entitles members, among other things, to participate in theater productions and to vote in the election of the board of directors. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a Board members are elected by the membership. Board members serve two year terms and generally one half the board is elected annually by the membership. Each member unit (individual or family) is entitled to vote in the annual election of Board Members.
