The classes of membership in the Society are Regular Members, Affiliate Members, Student Members, Candidate Members, Guest Members and Professional Leave Members. Only Regular Members In Good Standing have voting rights in the Society. Each Regular Member In Good Standing is entitled to one (1) vote on each matter submitted to the Regular Members. Affiliate Members and other members do not have voting rights in the Society. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a Voting members elect the members of the governing body. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b Voting members shall have the right to vote, as set forth in the Bylaws, on the election of directors, and all other matters submitted to the Regular Members for vote.
