Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Annually directors and key employees review the policy together. Each completes and signs a certification and certification within the first month of start date. All are responsible for monitoring proposed and ongoing transactions. The Board President and alternate are responsible for having the Board do a conflict of interest review check prior to making decisions regarding transactions. This involves a checklist and a set of questions to determine if there is a conflict. We have a separate policy and procedure regarding conflicts that arise after a transaction has occurred.
