We do this by training coaches and building leadership capacity that will impact the community around them through team sports. We also help local coaches, club owners, or presidents of federations to bring new sports into their countries. In 2024, a month-long Sport Leadership School was held in 67 countries, which includes intense training and practicum, a total of 1479 new leaders were trained and 674 facilitators helped lead these schools. Through various programs and initiatives, we strive to bring hope and healing to those impacted by this crisis.
