Kress Farm Garden Preserve must keep these areas in a natural state and cannot add structures or otherwise make changes to the ground without the express consent of the Ozark Regional Land Trust. The land is inspected each year by an employee of Ozark Regional Land Trust to ensure compliance. The Ozark Regional Land Trust maintains control of Kress Farm Garden Preserve by approving all board member candidates each year.
