Unified Membership and Elimination of Per Member Payment The bylaws were amended to implement a new unified membership structure and eliminate the requirement for per member payment. 2. Notification Response Times for Convention and Council The bylaws were amended to update the notification and response times for Convention and Council as detailed in the convention workbook. 3. Withdrawn Amendments Two proposed amendments were withdrawn by the Bylaws Committee: o Additional duty for officers o A wording change details in the workbook These changes were discussed and adopted as part of the business proceedings at the May 2025 convention.
