The trustees shall be individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to the Boy Scout movement serving youth in the territory, and who are willing to commit sufficient time and attention to managing The Foundation and fulfilling its mission. Whenever possible, the majority of the trustees of The Foundation shall be past presidents of the Buckeye Council Boy Scouts of America, if such persons are available and willing to serve. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b A draft copy of Form 990 will be provided to each member of the governing board to review. All questions will be discussed and changes made if necessary. After the governing board approves the Form 990, it will be filed with the IRS. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19 The governing documents will be made available to the public upon request.
