The Executive Compensation Committee receives a formal presentation by an independent compensation consultant (as selected by the Bozeman Health Board) qualified to perform compensation reviews including usage of comparability data. The Compensation Committee makes recommendations to the full Bozeman Health Board on an annual basis for Officers and Senior Administration. This annual process was performed in fall 2023 to determine 2024 compensation.
