Pt VI, Line 11b The board will receive a complete copy of the 990 before the filing of the form. The contracted accountant and finance committee will review the draft of the 990 in detail and will go over any questions and/or comments. Any adjustments will be made, and a copy of the final form will be sent to the board before the form is filed. Pt VI, Line 12c On an annual basis, the board is required to sign conflict of interest form. If there is a potential conflict, the directors will discuss the issue and determine next steps. Pt VI, Line 15a The Executive Directors compensation is reviewed during the Executive and Finance Committee meetings. An HR market and comparison report is used when determining the compensation for the Executive Director. The recommended compensation for the following fiscal year is included in the draft of the annual budget which is reviewed and approved by the Finance Committee and the Board of Directors.
