General explanation attachment In addition to its program work, Clean Air Council experienced a major change in its leadership this fiscal year. Long-time Executive Director Joseph Otis Minott, Esq. retired at the end of 2023 after nearly 41 years working at the Council - 37 as Executive Director. In 2024 after the Board conducted an extensive search process for his successor, former Legal Director Alex Bomstein, Esq. was selected as the new Executive Director with former Managing Attorney Kathryn Urbanowicz, Esq. serving as the new Deputy Director. In addition, the Council moved its Philadelphia office from its old location of 30 years, 135 South 19th Street, Suite 300, to 1617 JFK Boulevard, Suite 1130.
