The CSF-DC team provides support directly in the schools to ensure that available academic and youth development resources necessary to help students build their academic and leadership competencies are utilized and appropriated packaged. The middle school and high school programs include weekly in-school academic advising and monitoring meetings; a 20-week Saturday academy in language arts, mathematics, and STEM fields; a six week summer academic enrichment program; and college tours. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c The policies, rules, and regulations adopted by the corporation related to conflict of interest shall apply to any person appointed by the board of directors in any capacity and to the members of the board of directors themselves and key employees. The Director of Finance and Accounting reviews the questionnaire results, and if a conflict arises, the board member recuses themselves from the discussion and vote.
