The bylaw changes increased the maximum size of the Board from 15 to 30; established the Governance Committee as a standing committee, replacing the Nominating Committee; combined the Finance and Investment Committees; and revised the Board's duties and responsibilities. The articles of incorporation were updated to align with the Nebraska Nonprofit Corporation Act. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Following a review by key employees and the Board Treasurer, the Form 990 is reviewed by the Finance Committee and subsequently the full Board before filing. The Form 990 is then discussed at the next scheduled Board meeting.
