The board members John Philip Tolman and Timothy Stephen Tolman are brothers. Marcela Elizabeth Tolman is the daughter of Timothy Stephen and Damara Yanency is the daughter of John Philip. We have no conflict of interest policy. Our accounts and 990 form are available on request from any of our donors Part VI, Line 8a We hold one general meeting each year in the month of January where all board members are present or on line. We revise our accounts and expenses for the last year. We make a budget for the present year and we give a general overview of ehat we are planning on doing in the ministry in the current year. Part VI, Line 11a once we file the 990 form all board members receive a copy and we also have a copy on file at our US address Part VI, Line 15 Any change in the income of the board members must be approved by the board and is subject to the income availible in the ministry.
