Board of Directors Part VI, Line 11a ROCIC Form 990 is prepared by the HR and Fiscal Manager. The form is reviewed by the Executive Director. Upon final approval by the Executive Director it is submitted to the ROCIC Board of Directors. Part VI, Line 12c Training is provided for all staff regarding conflict of interest. In addition Board of Directors members are required to submit a written document each year disclosing any conflicts of interest or stating there were none. Appropriate action is taken for a reported conflict. Part VI, Line 15 a. ROCICs Board of Directors appoints a Salary Committee to recommend compensation for the Executive Director. The committee gathers comparable data and represents a recommendation to the full Board for approval. b. ROCIC has no other officers or key employees at this time. Part VI, Line 18 Regional Organized Crime Information Center is a non-profit organization funded by Congress through a grant issued by the U.S. Department of Justice. The administrative records are open for inspection and audit by appointment Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm Central Time at the headquarters in Nashville Tennessee.
