(Academy) entered into an agreement with FORZA Education Management, LLC(FORZA), a Florida limited liability company, to facilitate the continuation of the Academy by performing certain functions relating to the provision of educational services; the management and operation of the Academy in accordance with enrollment, age and grade level specifications for the Academy. This Agreement is renewable or cancellable on June 30 of each year. The Agreement also may be terminated with cause by either party upon a sixty-day notice of material breach, as defined in the contract. Pt VI, Line 7a Election of Members and Responsibilities. Section 4. Board members shall be elected for an initial three year term, except as otherwise provided for the initial Board members. The Term can be extended to a year to year after the initial three year term if the Board member is interested in remaining on the Board. Beginning in the first fiscal year the Corporation operates as a charter school, the initial Board members shall establish Board classes by resolution to provide Board terms to be staggered so that no more than approximately 1/3 of the Board shall be up for election in any year, unless a vacancy or vacancies need to be filled.
