Tuition Assistance: Our Annual Giving Campaign supports families based on individual needs, ensuring that no one is denied enrollment due to financial constraints. 2. State Assistance: Families can apply for Washington State Working Connection Child Care (WCCC) subsidies, focusing on those below 60.00% SMI. 3. City Assistance: Seattle residents between 60.01% and 94% SMI can explore the City of Seattle Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) for additional subsidies... We are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of families, ensuring that quality childcare remains an option for all. Form 990, Part III, Line 3 Hilltop Children's Center closed the Downtown Seattle location at the end of August 2024. All programming is now centralized at the Queen Anne site. (On the prior 990, both locations were combined into one Program Service Accomplishment statement in Part III, Line 4a.) Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Hilltop Children's Center provides a full draft of Form 990 to all board members prior to filing. Board members have an opportunity to provide input and ask questions about the 990 prior to filing. If a conflict arises, the person with the conflict of interest is excluded from the discussion and approval of such transaction. The board of directors shall determine whether a conflict exists and in the case of an existing conflict, whether the contemplated transaction may be authorized as just, fair, and reasonable to the Seattle Institute for Early Childhood Education.
