Part I, Line 7 The contract for the President establishes a bonus that can be earned based on various goals and overall performance. The total amount of the bonus to be paid each year is established by the Chairman, based on the President's performance, and approved by the Executive Committee. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b A draft 990 is provided to the Organization's President and Treasurer for review and approval before being filed with the IRS. Additionally, the draft 990 is included as an attachment within the agenda and reviewed by all board members at the spring board meeting. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c Conflict of interest statements are completed at board meetings, at least annually. The President reviews all statements to ensure they are all complete and prepares a list of all conflicts. This information is used to identify situations where board members should abstain from voting. The Chariman determines any salary adjustments based on the completion of goals and the overall performance of the President.
