Part I, Ln 1 Effective December 1, 2021, MCHS was no longer supported by Part I, Ln 1 Madison County Government and became an independently funded Part I, Ln 1 entity. The financial information in the 2022 and 2023 Part I, Ln 1 IRS Form 990 reflects the transfer and transition to an Part I, Ln 1 independent non-government funded entity. General fund raising Part I, Ln 1 is emphasized. Grants from all sources are applied for.
