By providing access to RCDCs showers, clean clothes, food, and other supportive resources through events that RCDC calls Day of Dignity.In addition, RCDC collaborates with the Community Safety Partnership (CSP), a form of community policing. This program is a collaboration that involves the Los Angeles Police Department, Council District 8, Los Angeles Parks and Recreation and Community Stakeholders.
