Due to extended delays in funding and the extended illness of the organization's long-time financial consultant, the organization was not able to hire an additional consultant to process the 990 after the extension was filed. To remedy this issue, the financial consultant recommended and once funds became available, the organization has added an additional consultant to assist with bookkeeping. The books were reviewed so that the 990 could be prepared.
