Taxes. ASC Topic 740-10-25 prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken. Based upon its evaluation, the College concluded that there are no significant uncertain tax positions requiring recognition on its consolidated financial statements.
