It is prepared by finance staff then internally reviewed by senior management. The board or audit committee examines it for accuracy with legal counsel consulted if needed. After board approval the form is submitted to the IRS and made publicly available ensuring compliance transparency and accountability in our nonprofit operations. Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Our organization maintains a strict Conflict of Interest Policy to monitor transactions and ensure compliance with nonprofit governance standards. All board members and key personnel are required to disclose potential conflicts and transactions are reviewed by an independent committee when necessary. To date no conflicts of interest have been identified. If a conflict were to arise it would be promptly reviewed and appropriate action would be taken to ensure fairness and protect the organizations best interests.
